PestSnipers wants you to be excited about your new purchase, however, if you need to return an item, our support team is here to help. 

30-Days Free-Trial Refund(Return):

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping fee for the return.
- The product or service must be in its original condition and packaging, and all accompanying accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided. 
- Send the item to us and please paste the label on the box. When we receive the product the Full Refund will be arranged with 3-5 business days. If there's any other help, please email us via support@ppestsniper.com

Please be sure to include your original PestSnipers order number, or else our team will not be able to issue you a refund. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our support team before shipping your unit back, and they would be happy to find it for you.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Return Shipping Costs Policy:
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For quality related warranty claims, PestSnipers refunds the shipping costs.

Refund Policy:
Once our support team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
 
Refund Address:
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to our return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
