Coverage Period: 1 Year from the Date of Purchase

Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Eligibility: To be eligible for this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, shipping number, etc).

Covered Items: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in all products purchased from our store.

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations.
Damage caused by improper maintenance or care.
Normal wear and tear.
Items purchased as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Warranty Claims Process:
1. Initiate a Claim: If you believe the product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Service team at support@ppestsniper.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect if possible.

2. Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to better understand the issue. If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either:
Repair the defective product;
Replace the defective product with an identical or comparable product;
Issue a store credit or refund.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the defective item back to us. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the repaired or replacement item. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your warranty claim after we receive your item.

Non-Transferable:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
